The NextGen Leadership Program is a dynamic, 6-month virtual  initiative designed to equip underserved secondary/high school students across the Caribbean with the knowledge, skills, and exposure needed to become future-ready leaders. This immersive program bridges academic preparation with real-world career exploration, empowering students to envision and pursue pathways in high-impact fields.

• Expand Career Awareness: Introduce students to diverse career pathways and industry trends across high-growth sectors.

• Build Leadership Capacity: Develop critical leadership competencies including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Strengthen College & Career Readiness: Provide practical tools such as resume development, mock interviews, and college application guidance.

• Foster Civic Engagement: Encourage students to give back through community-focused initiatives and service-based learning.

• Cultivate Peer Networks: Create a collaborative environment that promotes mentorship, peer learning, and cross-cultural connection across the Caribbean.
